My name is Yaw, and I’m a self-taught artist From Toronto, Ontario. Everything you see here is created by hand using oil pastels—layered, scratch and shaped through instinct and patience.

 My work is about Presence more than explanation. I believe the message sits inside the artwork itself, not beside it. I want people to feel the texture, the emotion, and the story through the visuals alone. Even though you may not know me personally I want my artwork to connect with you as like you know me.
